Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your usagi Diary account and its associated data at any time. This page describes the deletion process, the data that will be deleted, and the data that may be retained.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be removed: ・Account information (email address, user ID, authentication credentials) ・Profile information (nickname, preferences) ・Registered rabbit information (name, date of birth, breed, sex, profile photo) ・Record data (weight, meals, water intake, excretion, care, clinic visits, medication, notes, etc.) ・Uploaded photos and videos ・User identifiers associated with in-app action logs

The following data may be retained for a certain period due to legal obligations or legitimate business reasons: ・Billing and payment records (up to 7 years, based on tax and accounting laws) ・Support inquiry history (for a reasonable period after the case is resolved) ・Anonymized crash logs and diagnostic information (in a form that cannot identify individuals) This data is retained only in a non-identifiable form and will not be used for any new purposes after account deletion.

If you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly from within the app. 1. Open the app and tap the settings icon in the upper right (or open My Page). 2. Select "My Page" → "Delete Account". 3. Review the warnings, then re-authenticate using Google, Apple, or email and password. 4. Your account and data will be deleted (the process may take a few seconds to a few minutes).

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot delete your account from within the app, please contact us using the information below. We may ask you for additional information to confirm your identity.

・Deleted data cannot be restored. ・All rabbit records and photos registered under your account will be deleted together. ・If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through App Store or Google Play before deletion (billing will not stop automatically even after your account is deleted). ・You may create a new account in the future, but previous data cannot be carried over.
