Terms of Service

- These Terms shall apply to all matters relating to the use of the Service between Users and us. - In addition to these Terms, we may establish various rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Provisions"). Regardless of their designation, such Individual Provisions shall constitute a part of these Terms. - In the event that any provision of these Terms conflicts with any Individual Provision referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Individual Provision shall prevail unless otherwise specified therein.

1. Registration for the Service shall be completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies for registration through the method prescribed by us, and we approve such application. 2. We may decline to approve an application for registration if we determine that the applicant falls under any of the following categories, and we shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons for such decision: 1. The applicant has provided false information in the registration application 2. The application is from a person who has previously violated these Terms 3. We otherwise deem the registration to be inappropriate

1. Users shall properly manage their User ID and password for the Service at their own responsibility. 2. Under no circumstances may Users transfer or lend their User ID or password to a third party, or share them with a third party. When a login is made with a User ID and password combination that matches the registered information, we shall deem such login to have been made by the User who registered that User ID. 3. We shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of a User ID and password by a third party, except in cases where we have been intentionally or grossly negligent.

1. Users shall pay the usage fees, as separately determined by us and displayed on our website, for the paid portions of the Service through the payment methods designated by us. 2. In the event that a User is delinquent in the payment of usage fees, the User shall pay late charges at a rate of 14.6% per annum.

Users shall not engage in any of the following activities when using the Service: 1. Activities that violate laws or public order and morals 2. Activities related to criminal acts 3. Activities that infringe upon copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service 4. Activities that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the servers or networks of us, other Users, or any other third party 5. Commercial use of information obtained through the Service 6. Activities that may interfere with the operation of our services 7. Unauthorized access or attempts thereof 8. Collection or accumulation of personal information about other Users 9. Use of the Service for fraudulent purposes 10. Activities that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users of the Service or other third parties 11. Impersonation of other Users 12. Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or commercial activities on the Service without our permission 13. Activities aimed at meeting strangers of the opposite sex 14. Activities that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in connection with our services 15. Any other activities that we deem inappropriate

1. We may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users if we determine that any of the following reasons exist: 1. When performing maintenance, inspection, or updates to the computer systems related to the Service 2. When the provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters 3. When computers or communication lines are shut down due to an accident 4. When we otherwise determine that the provision of the Service is difficult 2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the Service.

1. We may restrict the use of all or part of the Service or delete a User's registration without prior notice if the User falls under any of the following categories: 1. Violation of any provision of these Terms 2. Discovery that false information was provided in the registration details 3. Failure to fulfill payment obligations such as fees 4. Failure to respond to communications from us within a certain period 5. No use of the Service for a certain period since the last use 6. We otherwise deem the User's use of the Service to be inappropriate 2. We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users as a result of actions taken by us pursuant to this Article.

We make no express or implied warranties that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including, but not limited to, defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors or bugs, and infringement of rights). 2. We shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users arising from the Service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract between us and the User regarding the Service (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined by the Consumer Contract Act. 3. We shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes arising between a User and other Users or third parties in connection with the Service.

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notice to Users, and we shall not be liable for any damage incurred by Users as a result thereof.

We may amend these Terms at any time without notice to Users when we deem it necessary. Users who begin using the Service after the amendment of these Terms shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.

We shall handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Notices or communications between Users and us shall be made through methods prescribed by us. Unless a User submits a change notification in accordance with the format separately prescribed by us, we shall deem the currently registered contact information to be valid, send notices or communications to such contact, and deem them to have reached the User at the time of dispatch.

Users may not assign their contractual position or any rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party, or offer them as collateral, without the prior written consent of us.
